Her exclusive hand drawn design has been hand printed onto soft, decadent, GOTS certified organic cotton with eco friendly and non toxic ink, transforming these playmats into pieces of textile art.

Originating from Worimi Country – Forster, NSW, Australia, Lara’s original take on the traditional Aboriginal forms seeks to express ancient stories to a modern generation. Lara is constantly inspired by the natural world around her, and most obviously, a connection to the ocean.
After becoming a mother, herself, she has realised not only the importance of sharing stories with the current generation, but she has become impassioned with a duty to keep these stories alive for all future generations”.
These playmats have been designed to be generous and extra large at 120cms in diameter which is larger then most other playmats on the market. Ethically made, GOTS certified organic fabrics, soft organic sateen top, organic cotton binding edge and a super thick and durable organic canvas base fabric.
The inner layer is made from OekoTex certified polyester (free from chemicals) and super plush, the thick quilting meaning that the mat can be reversed/double sided for a different look. Ethically made in India to GOTS standards, these mats can be gently machine washed or hand washed in phosphate free detergent.
